After some miscommunication, they managed to quickly arrange a spot for us, all at 4am! Really appreciated the effort! I just won't give a 5 star as our balloon did not go as far as the others, not flying over fairy chimneys, etc. but was still very good though, fair for the price paid. Not sure if is their usual provider, but one would expect, as it is half of some prices found online for balloon rides. Great experience, very professional staff. Really worth it! Thank you!

As for the direction of the balloon, it’s determined by the wind and not by the pilot. Each balloon follows a slightly different path depending on the wind flow, which adds to the uniqueness of every flight.

We were picked up on time, in a comfortable van, and taken to the launch site. We wete given a bag with wayer, juice and some snacks.
The view from the ground was beautiful and from above it was awesome.
We were so happy we decided splurge and treat ourselves to this experience. We were also very happy we had chosen this company and their professional and fun staff.

We had an amazing time on the balloon 🎈 experience. The team was amazing. Our pilot Vahid was great and so was the rest of the team. It was our son’s birthday and they made a lovely surprise with a cake and opening up a birthday sign. It was very special. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you for an amazing experience.
